At ayeinbyabdullah, every suit is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in the expected condition.
Our Return Policy
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, colour preference, styling preference or an incorrect size selection, except where required by applicable consumer law.
We only accept returns for items that are:

Reporting a Problem
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Condition of Returned Items
Where a return is accepted, the item should be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with its original tags, packaging and accessories where applicable.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, repaired, stained, damaged through customer use or otherwise changed after delivery may not qualify for a remedy where the issue was caused by the customer's handling.
This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Wrong Item
If we send you an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange the applicable remedy.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law, which may include a refund, replacement, repair or other appropriate remedy.
Refunds
